The acquisition of a 110,000 square foot facility in the community of Elkhorn, Wisconsin marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory and strategic integration, further enhancing its capabilities and service offerings to current and future clients across various sectors.

Michael P. Reader, formerly Vice President of Sales and Engineering, has been promoted to President. Michael has been instrumental in driving the company’s sales growth and expanding its engineering capabilities. His visionary leadership and deep industry knowledge have positioned Reader Precision as a trusted partner in the defense, firearms, medical/dental, and flow control industries.

Amanda Griffoul – Vice President of Human Resources

Amanda Griffoul, formerly the Human Resources Manager, has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Dr. Oleg Gurin – Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Oleg Gurin brings extensive financial expertise and a proven track record of driving fiscal performance. His strategic insights will be invaluable as Reader Precision continues to expand and innovate. Oleg recently received his doctoral degree from National University in Business Administration – Financial Management.
