Production Manager- Mechanical
The Mechanical Production Manager at Reader Precision Solutions provides leadership and operational oversight for the Company's mechanical machining operations, including the Escomatic and Tornos/Bechler production departments. This position is responsible for ensuring daily production execution, staffing, scheduling, machine utilization, KPI performance, and employee accountability across all assigned teams. Lubrication Technician
The Maintenance Lubrication Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper lubrication of all CNC machines and associated equipment to maximize uptime, extend asset life, and prevent mechanical failures. This role also supports overall equipment cleanliness and basic mechanical upkeep, including chip removal and hydraulic hose maintenance, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment. The daily focus will be preventive maintenance work that will consist of 80% of the day. Work Schedule:This is a full-time, benefits eligible position requiring 40 hours per week. In the Material Handler role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process by efficiently receiving incoming bar stock, loading machines, and managing chip removal operations throughout the shift. Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm, based on candidate preferenceEssential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Material Handling:Inspect, tag, and transfer raw material to designated warehouse storage racks. Job Summary: The Finishing Technician at Reader Precision Solutions plays a critical role in ensuring that machined parts meet all required specifications and are ready for on-time shipment to clients.
