Tentative Event Timeline:

6:30 AM - Meet at Schools | Load Assigned Buses

Students will arrive at School and begin loading busses.

6:50 AM - Depart School for McCormick Place in Chicago, IL

Loaded busses will depart from school to the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.

9:00 AM - 2:45 PM | Students Explore IMTS with Chaperoned Group

Busses will arrive at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL | Students will explore the IMTS show with Chaperoned Group.

3:00 PM | Student Meet at Bus Pick-Up/Loading Zone

Students will meet at the designated bus pick up location.

3:15 PM | Depart McCormick Place for School

Busses will depart the McCormick place back to the school.

5:45 PM | Arrival Back at School

Busses arrive back at school for unloading and conclusion of the day.
