Reader Precision Holds Groundbreaking, Announces Headquarter Relocation to 110,000sf Southeast Wisconsin Facility
Reader Precision Solutions, a leader in the precision machining and advanced manufacturing industry and parent company to Precision Plus and Iseli Precision, announced the relocation and consolidation of its Wisconsin headquarters and manufacturing operations. The acquisition of a 110,000 square foot facility in the community of Elkhorn, Wisconsin marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory and strategic integration, further enhancing its capabilities and service offerings to current and future clients across various sectors.
The new facility, located at 555 Koopman Lane within the city of Elkhorn, WI industrial business park, will house the latest in precision machining technology and equipment, reinforcing Reader Precision’s commitment to delivering the highest quality precision machined parts.
A ceremonial groundbreaking at the new building kicked off the comprehensive renovations for the refurbishment of the existing warehouse facility to fully meet the manufacturing needs of the business and its operations. This approximately $6,000,000 refurbishment project aims to transform the space into a cutting-edge manufacturing and innovation hub, where the company’s award-winning culture of passionate manufacturing professionals can thrive and continue to push the boundaries of precision machining.

The decision to relocate is a product of continued organic growth, coupled with the acquisition of Iseli’s operations in May of 2023. Reinvestment in this facility is consistent with the company’s long-term growth strategy and commitment to the thriving community of Elkhorn. This will also aid in the streamlining of all operations to leverage synergies for its internal and external partners, including employees, clients, and educational and community partners. The acquisition and subsequent relocation embody the company’s dedication to building and continuing a strong legacy of Swiss machining excellence, innovation, and next generation workforce development in Southeast Wisconsin.
The tentative move-in date for the newly refurbished facility is set for the fourth quarter of 2024.
