Reader Precision Solutions, an industry-leading precision machining and contract manufacturing company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael P. Reader to President, Amanda Griffoul to Vice President of Human Resources, and the addition of Dr. Oleg Gurin as Chief Financial Officer.
Owner of Reader Precision, Michael J Reader, will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer and focus primarily on the organization’s vision for the next decade.

Michael P. Reader – President, Reader Precision Solutions
Michael P. Reader, formerly Vice President of Sales and Engineering, has been promoted to President. Michael has been instrumental in driving the company’s sales growth and expanding its engineering capabilities. His visionary leadership and deep industry knowledge have positioned Reader Precision as a trusted partner in the defense, firearms, medical/dental, and flow control industries.
“I feel my many years spent out on the manufacturing floor working side by side with many of our team members and my deep understanding of our clients and their needs has left me well positioned to drive our organization forward,” says Reader. “Continuing to build the team will be my number one goal for our ongoing success as we enter a transformational era in our business’s history.”
Amanda Griffoul – Vice President of Human Resources
Amanda Griffoul, formerly the Human Resources Manager, has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Amanda has been a key player in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees. Her dedication to employee development and organizational growth has been a cornerstone of Reader Precision’s success.

Dr. Oleg Gurin brings extensive financial expertise and a proven track record of driving fiscal performance. His strategic insights will be invaluable as Reader Precision continues to expand and innovate. Oleg recently received his doctoral degree from National University in Business Administration – Financial Management.
